Alex Mottola is a producer and original series developer with extensive experience in casting, social content, and digital series production. From 2019 to 2024, he served as Director of Digital Series and Lead Talent Producer at Exit Four TV, developing and producing original series for Yahoo, TLC, Discovery+, and HGTV.

During this period, he also worked as Creative Director and Social Media Manager for RuPaul’s Drag Race star Jujubee and as a freelance casting producer for Bravo and E! via Casting Empire.

In 2025, Alex shifted his focus to social content at NowThis, where he produces the iconic digital original series Crosswalk Crush, a show he developed into a viral hit featuring celebrity interviews and shareable moments. Known for his creativity and hands-on approach, you can usually find Alex roaming the streets of Chelsea carrying his hot pink inflatable couch.
